END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – SushiCat Bento

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and Titang Studio ("we," "us," "our") regarding your use of SushiCat Bento ("the Game").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game through Steam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Game.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to compliance with this EULA, Titang Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You do not own the Game, and this Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game or any part of it.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
  • Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software that interacts with the Game.
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Game for unfair advantages.
  • Circumvent or bypass any technological protection measures in the Game.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in the termination of your license and account bans.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to all software, code, artwork, music, assets, and trademarks, are either owned by Titang Studio or properly licensed from third-party sources with appropriate credits.

This EULA does not grant you any rights or ownership over the Game or its content.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & PSEUDONYMS

The only user-submitted data collected in the Game is your chosen pseudonym used in the online leaderboard.

You agree that your pseudonym:

  • Must not be offensive, illegal, or misleading.
  • Must not impersonate other users or entities.

We reserve the right to modify or remove pseudonyms that violate these guidelines.

5. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

We collect anonymous statistical data related to gameplay and game performance for analysis and improvement purposes.

No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected, stored, or shared. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your system.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titang Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Game.
  • Any loss of data, in-game progress, or digital items.
  • Any unauthorized access or modifications to the Game.

By using the Game, you assume all risks associated with its use.

8. TERMINATION OF LICENSE

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your license may be revoked immediately if you:

  • Cheat or exploit the Game, especially in the leaderboard system.
  • Violate any terms outlined in this EULA.

If your license is terminated, you may lose access to online features, and your account may be banned.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to modify or update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By installing, accessing, or playing SushiCat Bento, you acknowledge and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Game immediately.
